We do not provide, host, distribute, monitor, or control any video streams, media content, or data processed by the software.

You must be legally permitted to use streaming and transcoding software in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
3. License Terms
Purchased licenses grant you the right to use Xtranscoder according to the license type and duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Licenses are time-limited and non-transferable
- Licenses may not be resold or shared
- Licenses are intended for use on your own infrastructure
Abuse, tampering, or attempts to bypass licensing restrictions may result in license termination.
4. Demo Version
A demo version of Xtranscoder may be provided with functional limitations. The demo is offered for evaluation purposes only and may be used for an unlimited period unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments
Payments for licenses are processed through third-party providers. All prices are listed in cryptocurrency.
You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details. Once a payment is confirmed, a license is issued automatically.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software licenses and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final.
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals are not offered under any circumstances.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Xtranscoder for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you process using the software
- Server security and configuration
- Compliance with copyright and streaming regulations
8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Products
Xtranscoder is a digital software product delivered electronically. Once a license is issued, the product is considered delivered and used.
Cryptocurrency Payments
All payments are made using cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Server incompatibility
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product documentation
- Termination of a project
Demo Availability
